O aparelho chegou bem embalado e é exatamente como na foto. Estou usando há pouco mais de mês, sinto um leve incomodo quando estou usando, mas passa logo em seguida. Não chega nem a doer. A pele também não fica vermelha durante e após o uso. Já noto que alguns pelos estão diminuindo, acredito que com o tempo vai diminuir cada vez mais.
